Solution for external use

Drug form: Transparent yellowish, slightly viscous solution.

Composition: Сoladerm is a biodegradable, biocompatible, 7% poly(ester)amide solution of ethanol.

Pharmacological operation: After the spray (or smear) of the preparation on the body surface and after alcohol evaporation it forms the poly(ester)amide's protective film, that tightly adhere to the surface and is characterized with bactericidal and antiseptic action. It accelerates regeneration and epithelization of damaged tissues and doesn't cause allergenic reactions and have not toxic action on the organism.

 

Indication: 

It is used:

• For treatment and protection of skin damages caused by different reasons (domestic wounds, little burns, stings and etc);
• In clinical conditions - for treatment of extensive burns and mechanically damaged skin;
• In surgery - for treatment of operational area and for healing of post operational wounds.

 

Contra-indication:

• Individual sensitivity toward the component of the preparation;
• Phenylketonuria.

 

Using rule and dosage:

It is preferable to use 10 milliliter capacity vial with dropper in case of little skin damages. The preparation is applied-coated on the skin with slightly hand squeezing on the vial. 

In clinical condition, "Coladerm" in vials with sprayer (120 milliliter and 30 milliliter capacity)   is used in case of extensive burns and for treatment of mechanically damaged skin surface, also in case of processing of operational area before and after the operation. After spraying the alcohol is evaporated and the operational area is covered with sterilized bandage.

For smooth distribution of the solution on the different damaged surface it is necessary to spray the solution from the balloon properly, keep suitable distance and press the sprayer with different intensity.   To cover a large damaged surface with poly(ester)amide protective film, distance between the balloon and skin surface must be nearly 20 cm  and sprayer's intensity must be maximal, that is achieved with maximal pressing on the balloon's sprayer (accordingly till the second level). For treatment of little wounds the distance should be ≈ 10-15 cm and press on the sprayer must be average (first level). The preparation may be used once or twice per day according to the necessity.

 

Production form:

80 g  and 15 g amounts in 120 and 30 milliliter capacity with sprayer in polymeric balloons and 8 gram amount in 10 milliliter capacity in polymeric vials with dropper.

 

Fit for using: 3 years.
