Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory mean

 

Composition: g/cm²

Diclofenac sodium  - 5.10^-4 g.

Agar  - 5.10^-3 g.

Dimethyl sulfoxide  - 0.09 ml.

Diethylamide hydrochloride  - 1.72.10^-4 g.

Water - 0.3ml.

 

Pharmacological operation:

Diclofenac is a Nonsteroid anti-inflammatory mean with painkilling and temperature lowering character. The principal mechanism of the preparation is prohibition of prostaglandin synthesis.  Dimexide has anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic, bacteriostatic and local painkilling action at the expense of hydroxyl radical inactivation and improvement of metabolic function in the inflammation process. It facilitates quick penetration of medical means through the skin.

 

Diclofenac's and Dimexid's congruent action stipulates stable therapeutic effect.

"MEDIGEL" ensures prolonged (24 hour's) supply in the damaged area, which significantly increases its effectiveness.

 

Indication:

Rheumatological arthritis, idiopathic ankylosing and  seronegative  spondylarthritis /Strümpell-Marie disease/, joints and spine (osteochondrosis, spondylosis) osteoarthrosis, diseases of the soft tissues adjacent to joints, podagric arthritis and other metabolic arthritis, traumatic injuries of joints, muscles, sinews.

 

Contra-indication:

Increased sensitivity toward the components comprising the preparation. Children under  12 year ages. Pregnancy and lactation period.

 

Using rule and dosage:

Remove unglued part of the polyethylene plate, put in on the injured area and wrap up warmly during 24 hours. Do not use pressing wrap.  Frequency of usage is determined by the doctor.

 

Production form: 

6X8X0,3 sm size "MIDIGEL" are packed in hermetically closed polyethylene plate. # 5 plates are put in a cartoon box.

 

Storage conditions:

It is kept not more than 20⁰C temperature in a dark place. Keep away from children.

 

Term of validity:  1,5 years.
