Drug form: Coated tablets.
Composition of
tablets: Dry
extract of Perilla (Extractum perillae siccum) – 0,3 g.
Aiding substances: lactose, magnesium carbonate
basic, calcium stearate, starch, talcum, sucrose, polyvinylpyrrolidone,
magnesium carbonate, aerosil, titanium dioxide, red pigment.
Pharmacological operation: Antiallergenic
action of Perilla (selective effect on allergic symptoms caused by plant
dust),also anti- pyretic effect conditioned by the content
of rosmarinic acid, caffeine acid and luteolin. Polysaccharide and polyphenol, which
input composition of plants determines
antioxidant activity.
Rosmarinic acid
reduces the number of eosinophils in the bronchial secretions, in the
respiratory tract. Also, on the sensitized organism inhibits the production of
proteins IL-4; IL-5 and eotaxin, promotes the development of allergen -
specific antibodies - IgE, cytokines, chemokines.
Indication:

Rhinitis;

Pollinosis;
·
Allergic sneezing.
Usage and dosage: Is taken orally.
Adults:
1-2 tablets 2 or 3 times a day.
Duration
of treatment is determined individually and averages 3-4 weeks.
Сontra-indications: Additional sensitivity towards the components of the preparation.
Side effects: Does not cause drowsiness, has
no effect on the coordination of movement, does not cause habituation.
Pregnancy and
lactation period: Usage the preparation during pregnancy and lactation period isn’t
recommended, because there is no clinical data avaliable about preparations’
safety.
Influence on
cars and other vehicles: The preparation does not influence on driving cars and vehicles.

on the
blister.
Secondary package: two blisters in a carton box
with instructions.
