Composition: Tincture of Valeriana - 5 ml; Tincture of Aspidistra - 10 ml; Tincture of belladonna - 10 ml; Menthol - 0,2 g;
Plants compounding in preparation includes biologically active substances complex: essential oil, flavonoids, cardiac glycoside, coumarins, valepotriates, alkaloids of tropan groups (hiosciamine, scopolamine).
Pharmacological operation:
It has sedative, spasmodic operation. Reduces reflex excitation in the central parts of the nervous system, lengthens operation of sleeping preparations; widens coronal vessels; removes neurogenic arrhythmia; Lovers salivary, stomach and sweat glands secretion, lowers intestine peristalsis.
Indication:
- Vegetative neurosis, climacteric neurosis;
- Neurogenic bradyarrhythmia, bradycardia;
- Spastic state of intestine tract;
- Hyperacid gastritis;
- Stomach and duodenum ulcerous diseases.
Side effects:
Overdose causes sleepiness, lowering of work ability, hypotension.
Using rule and dosage:
Peroral: For juveniles - 10-20 drops 2-3 times in a day before eating.
Production form:
25 ml in orange glass vials or polymeric material. The vial is put in carton box with instruction.
Validity: 2 years.
Storage conditions: Store on dry, cool place.
